The Grohe Timeless Soap/Lotion Dispenser is designed for deck-mounted installation. Ensure your countertop or sink deck has a suitable opening and a maximum thickness of 2-3/8 inches.
- Insert the dispenser head and pump unit assembly through the pre-drilled hole in your countertop or sink deck.
- From underneath the counter, secure the assembly using the provided washer and mounting nut. Tighten firmly but do not overtighten.
- Attach the liquid reservoir bottle to the bottom of the pump unit by screwing it on securely.

- Gently pull the dispenser head straight up and off the pump unit.
