1. Sarrera

The Excelvan ZJ thermal printer is designed for high-speed, low-noise receipt printing. It offers efficient and cost-effective operation, compatible with the ESC/POS printing command set. This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your printer.

4. Konfigurazioa

4.1 Inprimagailua konektatzea

Connect the power adapter to the printer's power interface and then to an electrical outlet. Connect the USB cable from the printer's USB interface to your computer. If using a cash drawer, connect it to the RJ11 cash drawer interface.

4.2 Paper termikoa kargatzea

1. Open the printer cover by pressing the release button or lever.
2. Insert a new thermal paper roll into the compartment, ensuring the paper feeds from the bottom and the leading edge is straight.

4.3 Gidariaren instalazioa

The printer is compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. An instruction CD is included with the necessary drivers. Insert the CD into your computer and follow the on-screen instructions for installation.

Ohar garrantzitsua: This printer does not work with iOS Mac or Windows 8.1 systems. For Windows 8 or LINUX systems, please contact the seller for specific installation instructions before attempting to use the printer.

5. Funtzionamendu-argibideak

5.1 Piztu/Itzaltzea

Ensure the printer is connected to power. Use the power switch located on the rear of the printer to turn it on or off.

Once the drivers are installed and the printer is connected, you can send print jobs from your application. The printer supports the ESC/POS command set, allowing for various printing functionalities such as character enlargement, adjustable line spacing, and printing of bitmaps and downloaded graphics.

6. Mantentzea

• Papera: Use only high-quality thermal paper to ensure optimal print quality and to prevent damage to the print head. Store thermal paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Ingurumena: Operate the printer in a clean, dust-free environment to prolong its lifespan.
