1. Gailua piztea

The Zoom H4n Pro can be powered by two AAA batteries (included) or via USB 2.0 high-speed connection. For optimal performance and to enable phantom power, it is recommended to use the included batteries or an external power supply (DC 5V 1A).

2. Inserting an SD/SDHC Card

The H4n Pro records directly to SD/SDHC cards up to 32 GB. Locate the SD card slot on the side of the device (refer to Figure 2). Insert the card until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is formatted within the device before first use to prevent data corruption.

3. Connecting Microphones/Instruments

• Built-in X/Y Microphones: The device features integrated X/Y stereo microphones, adjustable between 90° and 120° for flexible stereo imaging.
• Kanpoko sarrerak: Two mic/line level inputs with XLR/TRS combo connectors are available at the bottom of the unit (refer to Figure 3). These inputs support +24V or +48V phantom power for condenser microphones.
