6. Arazoak

- Try a new set of high-quality AAA batteries. If the issue persists, discontinue use of the remote and contact customer support.
- Remote does not control my TV:
- Verify that your TV model is listed in the compatibility section (Section 4).
- Ensure your TV is a Sony Brand LCD LED HDTV Smart Bravia TV. This remote is specifically designed for these models and does not require programming.
- If your TV is compatible and the remote is still not working, try removing and reinserting the batteries.
