This manual provides detailed instructions for the operation and maintenance of your Armitron Sport Digital Chronograph Watch, model 45-7102. Please read this manual thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize the lifespan of your watch.

The Armitron Sport 45-7102 is a digital watch featuring a chronograph, dual time display, alarm function, and backlight, designed for active lifestyles. It is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet).

3. Initial Setup: Setting Time and Date

1. From the Time Mode display, press the MODUA button three times to enter the Time Setting mode. The seconds digits will begin to flash.
