This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient installation, operation, and maintenance of your SEAFLO 01-Series RV Macerator Waste Water Pump (24 Volt). This pump is designed for emptying marine and RV holding tanks, as well as for use with fish boxes and livewells. It features a robust design for reliable waste water transfer.

3.1 Quad-Blade Chopping Design
The pump incorporates a stainless-steel 4-blade spiral chopper to effectively break down solids in waste, ensuring smooth and problem-free pumping.

3.2 Triple Sealed Motor
The motor is engineered with a triple-sealed design, providing superior resistance against water intrusion, corrosion, and internal damage, enhancing durability and lifespan.

3.3 Anti-Clog Knob
A conveniently located anti-clog knob allows for quick clearing of jams without disassembling the pump. Simply twist the end cap and turn manually to dislodge obstructions.

4. Instalazioa

- Select a secure, dry location for mounting the pump, preferably below the holding tank to aid in gravity feed.
- Ensure the mounting surface is stable and can support the pump's weight.

Connect the inlet and outlet hoses as follows:
- Sarrera: Connect a 1.5" threaded or 1.5" barbed hose to the pump inlet. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.

- Minimize bends and kinks in hoses to ensure optimal flow.

- Connect the pump to a 24 Volt DC power source.
- Ensure correct polarity: Red wire to positive (+), Black wire to negative (-).

- All electrical connections must be waterproof and corrosion-resistant.

5. Funtzionamendua
Follow these guidelines for effective operation of your macerator pump.

- Ensure all plumbing connections are secure and the holding tank valve is open.
- Activate the pump via its dedicated switch. The pump is self-priming up to 5 feet, meaning it can draw liquid from a tank slightly below its level.
- The pump will begin to macerate and discharge waste.

5.2 Self-Priming Function
The pump is designed to self-prime, drawing liquid into the pump head without external assistance, provided the vertical lift does not exceed 5 feet.

5.3 Ponpa gelditzea
- Turn off the pump once the holding tank is empty or the desired transfer is complete.
- Close the holding tank valve.
6. Mantentzea
