1. Sarrera

The YESWELDER Nitrogen Regulator with Hose (Model WX-YQD-CGA580) is designed for precise control of nitrogen gas pressure in various applications. This regulator features durable brass construction, clear pressure gauges, and a convenient T-shaped adjustment handle. It is suitable for tasks such as HVAC purging, inertization, pressure testing, leakage testing, brazing, and soldering.

2. Segurtasun informazioa

Always prioritize safety when working with pressurized gas. Read and understand all instructions before operation. Ensure proper ventilation and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Do not install a T-wrench before connecting the gas meter to the cylinder.
• Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Use appropriate tools for tightening.
• Slowly open the valve of the gas cylinder after connecting the regulator.
• For safety, when the pressure value on the low-pressure gauge reaches or approaches 450 PSI, the relief valve of the gas meter may open. This is a normal function to release excess pressure and may sound like a leak, but it is not a malfunction.
• Never exceed the maximum rated pressure of the regulator or connected equipment.

Follow these steps to properly set up your nitrogen regulator:

1. Connect Regulator to Nitrogen Cylinder: Ensure the nitrogen cylinder valve is closed. Connect the CGA580 inlet connection of the regulator to the nitrogen cylinder valve. Hand-tighten first, then use an appropriate wrench to secure the connection firmly. Do not overtighten.
