Welcome to the world of mystery and intrigue with the Cluedo Board Game. In this classic detective mystery, your goal is to solve the murder of Boddy Black. Six guests arrive at his mansion, and when their host turns up dead after revealing a sinister blackmail scheme, it's up to you to uncover the truth. Gather clues, narrow down suspects, and be the first to make the correct accusation to win the game.

This reimagined version features a dazzling cast of characters, a luxurious setting, and a fresh storyline, making it perfect for family game nights, friends, and mystery fans aged 8 and up.

Your Cluedo game box includes the following components:

• Joko-taula 1
• 6 Character Tokens (representing Miss Scarlett, Colonel Mustard, Mayor Green, Chef White, Solicitor Peacock, Professor Plum)
• 6 Weapon Tokens (textured, gold-plated zinc tokens)
• 50 Cards (6 Character cards, 6 Weapon cards, 9 Room cards, and 29 Clue cards)

Konfigurazioa

1. Prepare the Gameboard: Unfold the gameboard and place it in the center of your playing area. Ensure all players can easily reach it.
2. Choose Your Character: Each player selects one of the six character tokens and places it on its designated starting space on the gameboard.
3. Place Weapon Tokens: Place each of the six weapon tokens in a different room on the gameboard.
4. Prepare the Cards:
   • Separate the Character, Weapon, and Room cards into three distinct decks.
   • Shuffle each deck separately.
   • Randomly select one card from each of the three decks (Character, Weapon, Room) without looking at them. Place these three cards into the "Solve" envelope. This envelope contains the solution to the mystery.
   • Shuffle the remaining Character, Weapon, and Room cards together to form a single "Clue" deck.
   • Shuffle the 29 Clue cards separately.
5. Eskaintza Txartelak: Deal the combined "Clue" deck cards face down, one at a time, to each player until all cards are distributed. Players should keep their cards secret.
6. Prepare Detective Notepads: Each player takes a detective notepad sheet and a pencil (not included). Mark off the cards they hold on their notepad.
7. Dadoak: Keep the two dice accessible to all players.

The objective of Cluedo is to be the first player to correctly identify the murderer, the weapon used, and the room where the crime took place.

1. Jokoa hasten: The player who most recently ate a meal starts the game. Play proceeds clockwise.

   • Make a Suggestion: When you enter a room, you can make a suggestion about who committed the murder, with what weapon, and in the room you just entered. For example, "I suggest Miss Scarlett, with the Candlestick, in the Ballroom."
   • Move Suspect and Weapon: Move the character token and weapon token you named in your suggestion into the room you are currently in.
   • Prove a Suggestion False: Starting with the player to your left, each player checks their hand for any of the three cards you named in your suggestion. If they have one, they must secretly show you one card (only one, even if they have multiple). If they have none, the next player in clockwise order checks their hand. This continues until someone shows you a card or all players have checked.
   • Mark Your Notepad: Once a card is shown to you, mark it off on your detective notepad. This helps you eliminate possibilities.
   • Draw a Clue Card (if applicable): If you roll a magnifying glass icon on one of the dice, you draw a Clue card. These cards can provide special actions or information, such as opening a secret passage or revealing a specific weapon.

   • You can make an accusation from anywhere on the board, not just a room.
   • State your accusation: "I accuse [Character], with the [Weapon], in the [Room]."
   • Secretly check the three cards in the "Solve" envelope.
   • If Correct: You win the game! Reveal the cards from the envelope to all players.
   • If Incorrect: You are eliminated from the game. Secretly return the cards to the envelope. You can no longer move your token or make suggestions/accusations, but you must still show cards to other players if they make a suggestion that you can disprove.
