Konfigurazioa
Your Citizen Series 8 Automatic GMT Watch is powered by an automatic mechanical movement. It does not require a battery.
Hasierako biraketa eta orduaren ezarpena:
- Eskuzko harilkatzea: If the watch has stopped, gently wind the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will provide sufficient power reserve to start the watch.
- Ordua ezartzea: Pull the crown out to the second click position. Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands. Ensure the AM/PM is correctly set, especially when setting the date. Push the crown back in to the normal position to start the watch.
- Data ezartzea: Pull the crown out to the first click position. Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the date. Avoid setting the date between 9:00 PM and 3:00 AM, as this can damage the movement. Push the crown back in to the normal position.
- Setting the GMT Hand: The GMT hand (24-hour hand) can be set independently. Refer to the Operating section for detailed instructions on setting the GMT function.
The watch will continue to operate as long as it is worn regularly, as wrist movement recharges the power reserve.

This watch is equipped with an automatic mechanical movement. It is powered by the natural motion of your arm and wrist. When fully wound, it has a power reserve of approximately 210 days. If the watch is not worn for an extended period, it may stop. Simply wind it manually or wear it to restart.

- The date is displayed in the date window.

Using the GMT Function:
The GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) function allows you to track a second time zone.
- Setting the GMT Hand: With the crown pulled out to the first click position (date setting position), rotate the crown in the opposite direction of date setting to adjust the 24-hour GMT hand. This hand moves independently of the main hour hand.
- Reading the GMT Time: The GMT hand points to the 24-hour scale on the bezel, indicating the time in the second time zone. The bezel is bi-directional and can be rotated to align with different time zones as needed.
