1. Sarrera

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your NCLTHS Access Control System. This kit is designed to provide secure and convenient access management for various indoor applications. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure proper functioning and safety.

2. Segurtasun informazioa

• Segurtasun elektrikoa: The power supply unit contains hazardous voltage. Do not open the power supply cover. All wiring should be performed by qualified personnel to prevent electric shock or damage to the system.
• Instalazioa: Ensure all components are securely mounted. Improper installation of the magnetic lock or strike plate can compromise security and system performance.
• Energia iturria: Use only the provided 110-240VAC to 12VDC power supply. Connecting to an incorrect power source may damage the unit.

4.2 Kableatu-diagrama

Refer to the following wiring diagrams for connecting the components. Ensure all wires are correctly identified and connected to the appropriate terminals on the power supply, keypad, and other devices.

4.3 Instalazio-urratsak

1. Mount the Magnetic Lock: Install the electromagnetic lock on the door frame and the armature plate on the door. Ensure proper alignment for secure locking. Mounting brackets (not included) may be required depending on your door type and frame.
2. Mount the Access Control Keypad: Secure the keypad near the entry point, typically on the outside of the door.
3. Mount the Exit Button: Install the push-to-exit button on the inside of the door, allowing for easy egress.
4. Install the Power Supply Control Unit: Mount the power supply unit in a secure, accessible location, ensuring it is protected from environmental factors.
5. Konektatu kableatzea: Follow the wiring diagrams carefully. Connect the magnetic lock, keypad, exit button, doorbell, and remote receiver to the power supply control unit. Pay close attention to positive (+12V), negative (GND), Normally Open (NO), and Normally Closed (NC) connections.

7. Proba sistema: After installation, test all functions: keypad entry, RFID card entry, remote control operation, and exit button release.

5. Funtzionamendu-argibideak

5.1 Teklatuaren funtzionamendua

The keypad allows access via a numerical code or RFID card/keyfob.

• Default Access Code: The default access code is typically 1234.
• Entering an Access Code: Enter your 4-digit code followed by the '#' key. The door will unlock for a preset duration.
• Adding User Codes:
  1. Enter Programming Mode: Press '*' then enter the Master Code (default: 123456) then '#'.
  2. Add User Code: Press '1' then enter a 3-digit User ID (e.g., 001) then '#'. Enter the new 4-digit User Code then '#'. Repeat for additional users.
  3. Exit Programming Mode: Press '*' to save and exit.
• Adding RFID Cards/Keyfobs:
  1. Enter Programming Mode: Press '*' then enter the Master Code (default: 123456) then '#'.
  2. Add Card: Press '1' then present the RFID card/keyfob to the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm. Repeat for additional cards.
  3. Exit Programming Mode: Press '*' to save and exit.
• Deleting User Codes/Cards: Consult the specific keypad manual for detailed instructions on deleting individual users or resetting the keypad.

The push-to-exit button provides a simple way to exit from the secured area.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable performance of your access control system.
