This product is designed to provide your cat with fresh, clean, and continuously flowing water, encouraging better hydration and promoting overall health. 2. Segurtasun-argibideak

5. Muntaketa eta Konfigurazioa

7. Konektatu energia: Plug the USB power cable into the pump and then connect the adapter to a power outlet.

6. Funtzionamendua

Once assembled and plugged in, the fountain will start circulating water. The pump operates silently (below 30dB), ensuring it does not disturb your pet or your household.

• The fountain provides fresh, flowing water, which is more appealing to cats than stagontzi batean dagoen ura.
• The 2.5L capacity ensures a continuous supply of fresh water for 6-10 days, depending on your cat's consumption and the number of pets.
• Monitor the water level through the transparent tank. Refill when the water level approaches the 'Min' line. The integrated blue LED light makes it easy to check the water level even in low light conditions.

7. Mantentzea

Regular cleaning and filter replacement are crucial for maintaining water quality and extending the product's lifespan.

7.1 Cleaning the Fountain

1. Deskonektatu: Deskonektatu beti iturria entxufetik garbitu aurretik.
2. Desmuntatu: Remove the top tray and water pump from the tank.
3. Ur hutsa: Discard any remaining water from the tank.
4. Osagai garbiak: Wash the water tank and top tray with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue.
5. Garbitu ponpa: Disassemble the pump (if possible, refer to pump instructions) and clean any debris or hair. Rinse the pump thoroughly with water only. Do not use soap on the pump.

7.2 Iragazkia ordezkatzea

• The multi-layer filter effectively removes hair, dust, impurities, and odors, ensuring clean and fresh water.
• It is recommended to change the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, or more frequently if you have multiple pets or notice reduced water flow/quality.
• To replace, remove the old filter from the filter case and insert a new one.

8. Arazoak

• Fountain not working / No water flow:
  • Check if the power adapter is properly plugged into the outlet and the cable is securely connected to the pump.
  • Ensure the water level is above the 'Min' line. The pump needs to be submerged to function.
  • Clean the pump. Hair or debris can clog the pump impeller. Disassemble and clean the pump thoroughly.
  • Ponpa prestatu: If the pump is not drawing water after assembly, try detaching the pump from the tube, submerging it in water, and allowing it to run for a few seconds to expel any trapped air. Then reattach it to the tube while submerged.
• Water flow is weak:
  • Check the water level and refill if necessary.
  • Clean the pump and filter. A clogged filter or pump can reduce water flow.
• Fountain is noisy:
  • Ensure the water level is sufficient. Low water levels can cause the pump to make noise.
  • Clean the pump. Debris in the pump can cause vibrations and noise.
  • Ensure the fountain is placed on a flat, stable surface.
• Water accumulating around the lid / leaking:
  • Ensure the top tray is correctly seated and aligned with the water tank.
  • Check for any cracks or damage to the components.
  • Avoid overfilling the water tank beyond the 'Max' line.
