4. Instalazio gida

4.3. Prepare CPU and Cold Plate

Select the appropriate mounting brackets for your CPU socket (Intel or AMD) from the hardware kit. Attach them to the pump unit. If thermal paste is not pre-applied to the cold plate, apply a small pea-sized amount to the center of your CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS).

4.4. Mount the Pump/Cold Plate

Carefully align the pump unit with the CPU socket and the backplate (if required for your socket type). Gently lower the pump onto the CPU, ensuring even contact. Secure the pump to the motherboard using the provided thumb screws or nuts, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug. Do not overtighten.
