The HARFO DA2 smart lock is designed for easy installation on most standard US doors, suitable for both left and right-handed configurations. No additional drilling is typically required.

2. Install the Exterior Assembly: Route the cable through the door and align the exterior assembly with the latch.
3. Install the Interior Mounting Plate: Secure the interior mounting plate to the exterior assembly using screws.
4. Connect Cables and Install Interior Assembly: Connect the cable from the exterior assembly to the interior assembly. Mount the interior assembly onto the mounting plate and secure it.
5. Install Handles: Attach the handles to both sides of the lock.
6. Insert Batteries: Open the battery cover on the interior assembly and insert 4 AA batteries (not included).
7. Test Operation: Test the lock's functionality using a physical key and the default passcode (if any) before closing the door.

For remote control and voice control features (Alexa, Google Home), a HARFO Gateway (sold separately) is required. The gateway connects your lock to your home Wi-Fi network, enabling remote unlocking, real-time notifications, and voice commands from anywhere.

The app allows you to send eKeys for temporary or permanent access.

Voice control is available through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant when connected to a gateway.
