Daily cleaning involves cooling the oven down by selecting the cleaning or thermometer icon. Once cooled, remove the rack and base plate, wash them in warm soapy water, and wipe the cavity with Merrychef-approved cleaner. Do not spray directly into the cavity or scrub the door seal.
Do not use metallic containers, aluminum foil, or metal-trimmed utensils in microwave mode as they can cause arcing and damage the appliance. Also, avoid heating liquids in sealed containers.
To cool down the oven for cleaning, select the blue thermometer symbol on the screen to disable heating. Keeping the appliance door slightly open can speed up the process until the 'clean cavity' screen appears.
The conneX series is the next generation of high-speed ovens featuring a high-definition touchscreen, the EasyTouch 2.0 controller, and built-in Wi-Fi/Ethernet for remote menu management via KitchenConnect.
