Pura diffusers require a 2.4GHz WiFi network connection. They do not support 5GHz networks. Ensure your smartphone is connected to the 2.4GHz band during the initial setup.

Fragrance longevity depends on intensity settings and usage. Generally, a fragrance vial lasts approximately 2 to 6 weeks. The Pura app tracks usage and can help you schedule refills.
