- The device is very easy to use – one press of a button is enough to start a relaxing full body massage that will allow you to rest after a hard day at work or effectively massage tense muscles after training.
- After starting the device, a short press of the power button changes the massage modes cyclically, gradually increasing the frequency and power of vibrations. At first start-up, the lowest of the modes (one of the four) is enabled by default.

Massage and settings
Start by choosing the massage head that suits you and your needs. Disassemble the previous one if it is attached to the massager and then attach the chosen one.
Make sure that it is firmly attached and not damaged.
Then start the device with the POWER button, choose your favorite massage mode.
The strength of the massage is adjustable by the user. Depending on the force with which we press the massager to the body, we will obtain different end effects. It is recommended to use the massager gently during the first massage.
It is recommended not to massage one area for more than 2-4 minutes. The massage should be adjusted individually to the conditions and the massaged area.
The device operates at the following frequencies:
