2. Connecting via 2.4GHz USB Receiver

  1. Locate the Mini Nano USB receiver, usually stored inside the mouse's battery compartment.

3. Bluetooth bidez konektatzen

The Rapoo M100 supports Bluetooth 4.0 and 5.0 connectivity.

Funtzionamendu-argibideak

1. DPI doikuntza

The Rapoo M100 mouse features 5 adjustable DPI levels (800/1000/1200/1600/2400) to suit different needs and display resolutions. To adjust the DPI:

  • 2.4 GHz modua: Short press the multifunction button (usually on the underside) to cycle through the DPI settings.
  • Bluetooth modua: Short press the multifunction button to cycle through the DPI settings.

Thanks to its high-precision optical engine, the Rapoo M100 mouse can be used on a variety of surfaces without requiring a mouse pad. These include leather, cloth, paper, wood, and resin. Note: It is not recommended for use on mirror or glass surfaces.

A: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Check if the mouse is turned on and switched to 2.4GHz mode. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port or restarting your computer.

A: Make sure the mouse is turned on and switched to Bluetooth mode. Long press the multifunction button for 3-5 seconds to enter pairing mode (indicator light flashes rapidly). On your device, ensure Bluetooth is enabled and search for "RAPOO BT MOUSE" to pair. If already paired, try unpairing and re-pairing the device.
Q: The cursor movement is erratic or unresponsive.
A: Check the battery level and replace it if necessary. Ensure the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse is clean and free from obstructions. Try using the mouse on a different surface. Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too sensitive.
Q: How do I know which color options are available?
A: The Rapoo M100 mouse is typically available in Dark Gray and Light Gray. Refer to product listings for current color availability.
