2. Download and Connect the App

2. Using Preset Temperatures (USDA Recommended)

The TP902 comes pre-programmed with USDA-recommended temperatures for various types of meat and doneness levels. This feature is ideal for beginners.

• Open the app and select the desired meat type (e.g., Beef, Poultry, Fish, Pork, Lamb, Turkey, Veal, Ground Beef).
• Choose your preferred doneness level (e.g., Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, Well Done).
• The app will automatically set the target temperature.

3. Custom Temperature Settings

If the preset temperatures do not meet your needs, you can set your own custom target temperatures:

• Navigate to the settings within the ThermoPro BBQ app.
• Select the probe you wish to customize.
• Manually enter your desired target temperature.

4. Alarma Funtzioa

The TP902 features an alarm function to notify you when your food reaches the target temperature:

• Once a target temperature is set (either preset or custom), the app will bell and flash when the temperature is reached.
