5.6 Exercise Suggestions
The vibration plate can be used for a variety of exercises. Here are some examples:
- Zutik: Stand on the plate with knees slightly bent for general vibration benefits.
- Squats: Perform squats on the plate to engage leg and glute muscles.
- Lungeak: Step one foot onto the plate and perform lunges to strengthen legs.
- Side-sitting: Sit on the plate with your core engaged for abdominal training.
- Goiko Gorputza: Use the loop bands for bicep curls, arm abductions, and other arm exercises.
