6. Konfiguratzeko argibideak
Before beginning any welding operation, ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials.
6.1. Energia-konexioa
- Ensure the welding machine's power switch is in the "OFF" position.
- Connect the power cord to a suitable 220V AC power outlet. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded and can handle the machine's power requirements.
6.2. Welding Cable Connections
The TIG-200 supports both TIG and MMA welding. Connect the cables according to the desired welding process.

6.2.1. For MMA (Stick) Welding
- Connect the electrode holder cable to the "Electrode holder interface" on the front panel.
- Konektatu lurra clamp cable to the "Ground clamp interface" on the front panel.
- Erantsi lurra clamp securely to the workpiece, ensuring good electrical contact.
- Sartu soldadura-elektrodo egokia elektrodo-euskarrian.
6.2.2. For TIG Welding
- Connect the TIG welding gun cable to the "TIG welding gun interface" on the front panel.
- Konektatu lurra clamp cable to the "Ground clamp interface" on the front panel.
- Erantsi lurra clamp securely to the workpiece.
- Connect your shielding gas cylinder (e.g., Argon) to the "GAS" inlet on the back panel of the machine using a gas hose and regulator. Ensure all gas connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Install the correct size tungsten electrode into the TIG torch and secure it with the chuck and long hat. Attach the ceramic nozzle (ceramic set) to the torch head.
7. Funtzionamendu-argibideak
Once the machine is set up, you can begin welding. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a welding helmet, gloves, and protective clothing.

7.2. Soldadura-parametroak doitzea
- Soldadura Korrontea: Use the "Current Adjustment Knob" to set the desired amperage. Refer to welding charts or practice on scrap material to find the optimal current for your specific material thickness and electrode/tungsten size.
- TIG Post-Flow (for TIG welding): Adjust the "Post Hooua Knob" to set the gas post-flow time. This protects the hot weld puddle and tungsten electrode from atmospheric contamination after the arc is extinguished. A general rule is 1 second of post-flow per 10 ampsoldadura-korrontearen s.
7.3. Soldadura Prozesua

The TIG-200 features Smooth Arc, Hot Start, Anti Stick, and Arc Force for improved welding performance.
7.3.1. MMA (Stick) Welding
- Strike the arc by lightly touching the electrode to the workpiece and quickly lifting it slightly to establish the arc.
- Maintain a consistent arc length and travel speed to create a uniform weld bead.
- The "Anti Stick" feature helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece, while "Hot Start" assists in easier arc ignition. "Arc Force" helps maintain a stable arc.
7.3.2. TIG Welding
- Ensure gas flow is established.
- Initiate the arc (typically by high-frequency start, which is implied by "High frequency spot welding" feature).
- Maintain a short arc length between the tungsten and the workpiece.
- Feed filler rod into the weld puddle as needed.
- The "Two-way gas saving" feature helps optimize gas consumption.

The TIG-200 is suitable for welding various materials including stainless steel, alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals, with welding thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 8mm, using tungsten electrodes from 1.6mm to 3.2mm.
