Konexioak:
- IN Jack: Connect your instrument (e.g., guitar) to this input using a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable.
- OUT Jack: Konektatu irteera hau zure amplifizatzailea edo zure seinale-kateko hurrengo pedala 1/4 hazbeteko instrumentu-kable estandar bat erabiliz.
- DIR OUT Jack: This output provides a dry (unaffected) signal, allowing for parallel processing or routing to a separate ampbiziagoa.
- 9V DC sarrera: Konektatu aukerako 9V-ko korronte-egokitzaile bat (erdiko negatiboa) hemen.
- Bateriaren konpartimendua: To install a 9V battery, press the hinges at the front of the pedal to lift the pedal top. Insert a 9V battery, observing polarity.
Operating the VD400
Once connected, the VD400 is ready for operation. The pedal is activated by pressing the footswitch. The "ON/BATT" LED will illuminate when the effect is active and will also indicate battery status.
Kontrolak:
- REPEAT RATE Knob: This control adjusts the delay time, determining how quickly the echoes occur. Turn clockwise for longer delay times, counter-clockwise for shorter, faster repeats.
- INTENTSITATE eskuoia: This knob controls the feedback or number of repeats. Turning it clockwise increases the number of echoes, creating a more sustained and swirling delay effect.
- ECHO botoia: This control adjusts the mix level of the delayed signal with your original dry signal. Turn clockwise to increase the volume of the echoes, counter-clockwise to reduce them.
- Oinen etengailua: Engages or bypasses the delay effect. The "ON/BATT" LED indicates the effect's status.
Experiment with different settings of these three controls to achieve a wide variety of delay sounds, from subtle ambiance to pronounced, rhythmic echoes.
Mantentzea
- Garbiketa: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the pedal's exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bateria ordezkatzea: When the "ON/BATT" LED dims or the effect performance degrades, replace the 9V battery. Always remove the battery if the pedal will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
- Biltegiratzea: Gorde pedala leku fresko eta lehor batean, eguzki-argitik eta muturreko tenperaturetatik babestuta.
Arazoak konpontzea
| Arazoa | Kausa posiblea | Irtenbidea |
|---|---|---|
| No sound or effect | Incorrect cable connections, dead battery, faulty power supply, pedal not engaged. | Check all cable connections (IN, OUT, DIR OUT). Replace the 9V battery or ensure the power adapter is functioning correctly. Press the footswitch to engage the effect (ON/BATT LED should light up). |
| Soinu ahula edo distortsionatua | Low battery, incorrect input level, faulty cables. | Replace the battery. Ensure your instrument's output level is appropriate for the pedal's input. Try different instrument cables. |
| Gehiegizko zarata edo zurrumurrua | Ground loop, interference from other electronics, faulty power supply. | Ensure all equipment is properly grounded. Try a different power outlet or a regulated power supply. Move the pedal away from other electronic devices. |
