The GPI M-240S-MU fuel transfer pump features a rotary gear design and is constructed from corrosion-resistant diecast aluminum. It is specifically designed for agricultural, automotive, and construction applications. The M-240S-MU includes a manual nozzle, fuel hose, and power cord. It operates with a duty cycle of 30 minutes ON and 30 minutes OFF, an operating pressure of 15 psi (1.03 bar), and an operating temperature range of -20°F to 125°F (-29°C to 52°C). This pump is designed for use with a 24-volt power source. The motor is U.L. Listed to U.S. and Canadian Standards.

4.2 Connecting Hoses and Nozzle
- Connect the fuel hose to the pump's outlet. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Attach the manual shut-off nozzle to the other end of the fuel hose.

- Deactivate the pump and return the nozzle to its holder.

6.1 Cleaning the Pump
- Keep the exterior of the pump clean and free from dirt and debris.
