Physical Features and Components

The Mitel Aastra 6869i features a large color display and a comprehensive set of keys for efficient communication. Refer to the image below for a visual guide to the phone's components.

Funtsezko osagaiak:

Konfigurazio Gida

Follow these steps to set up your Mitel Aastra 6869i telephone.

1. Attach the Desk Stand: Align the desk stand with the slots on the back of the phone unit and snap it into place.
2. Konektatu telefonoa: Plug one end of the coiled handset cord into the handset and the other end into the handset port on the back of the phone unit (marked with a handset icon).
3. Sarera konektatu (Ethernet):
   • Plug one end of the Ethernet cable into the LAN port on the back of the phone (marked with a network icon).

   • Note: If your network supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), the phone will power on automatically.

The color display provides visual information about calls, menus, and phone status. The soft keys located directly below the display change their function based on the current context. Their labels on the screen indicate their current action (e.g., Pickup, Conf, Xfer, Voicemail, Home).

Ahots-posta

To access your voicemail, press the dedicated Ahots-posta button. Follow the audio prompts to listen to messages, change greetings, or adjust settings.

Direktorioa/Kontaktuak

Access your phone's directory by pressing the Direktorioa soft key or a dedicated button (if configured). Use the navigation cluster to scroll through contacts and press the Markatu soft key to initiate a call.

Bolumen kontrola

Adjust the volume during a call using the Bolumena igo eta Bolumena jaitsi buttons. When the phone is idle, these buttons control the ringer volume.
