2. Segurtasun-argibideak

4. Muntatzeko jarraibideak

Assembly requires careful attention to detail. Refer to the included assembly photos for visual guidance. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly.

1. Attach Legs to Grill Bowl: Securely fasten the three legs to the main grill bowl using the provided screws and nuts. Ensure they are firmly attached to provide stability.
2. Instalatu Gurpilak: Attach the two wheels to two of the legs. Ensure the wheels rotate freely.
3. Assemble Bottom Storage Rack: Connect the bottom storage rack to the lower part of the legs. This rack provides stability and a convenient storage area.
4. Errauts-ontzia sartu: Place the removable ash tray beneath the grill bowl.
5. Place Charcoal Grate: Position the charcoal grate inside the grill bowl.
6. Jarri Sukaldaritza Parrilla: Place the chrome-plated cooking grate on top of the charcoal grate.
7. Attach Lid Handle and Air Vent: Secure the handle and adjustable air vent to the grill lid.

5. Funtzionamendu-argibideak

5.1 Ikatza piztea

1. Place the charcoal grate inside the grill bowl.
2. Arrange charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal on the charcoal grate. Do not overfill.
3. Use a charcoal chimney starter or appropriate fire starters to ignite the charcoal. Never use flammable liquids like gasoline.
4. Once the charcoal is covered with a light gray ash (approximately 15-20 minutes), spread it evenly across the charcoal grate.

5.2 Parrillan erretzea

1. Place the cooking grate over the hot charcoal.
2. Place food directly on the cooking grate for direct grilling.
3. For indirect grilling (e.g., for larger cuts of meat or smoking), arrange charcoal on one side or in a ring, and place food on the opposite side of the cooking grate.
4. Use the lid to retain heat and smoke. The adjustable air vent on the lid allows you to control airflow and temperature. Open for higher temperatures, close for lower temperatures.

6. Mantentzea eta Garbiketa

• Charcoal Not Lighting: Ensure charcoal is dry. Use a sufficient amount of fire starter or a charcoal chimney. Provide adequate airflow by keeping the bottom air regulator open.
• Temperature Too Low/High: Adjust the air vent on the lid. Opening it increases airflow and temperature; closing it reduces airflow and temperature.
• Food Sticking to Grate: Ensure the grate is clean and lightly oiled before placing food. Preheat the grate properly.
