This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your label rewinder. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper function and to prevent damage.

4. Konfigurazioa

• Carefully remove the rewinder from its packaging.
• Place the rewinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface near your label printer.
• Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for label rolls and operation.

4.2 Energia-konexioa

• Connect the power cord to the rewinder and then to a suitable 110V grounded electrical outlet.

3. Feed the Labels: Guide the leading edge of the labels from your printer through the rewinder. Ensure the label strip passes under the induction rod.
4. Attach Labels to Core: Securely attach the leading edge of the label strip to the empty core on the rewinder's take-up spool.

4.4 Using Without Paper Cores

If you need to rewind labels without a paper core, rotate the take-up spool 2 or 3 times with blank labels to apply initial tension before starting the main rewinding process. This helps maintain tension and ensures a tight roll.

• To power on the rewinder, flip the main power switch to the 'ON' position.
• To power off, flip the main power switch to the 'OFF' position.

• Adjust the speed to match the output speed of your label printer for optimal synchronization.

5.3 Setting Rotation Direction

• Use the toggle switch on the control panel to select the desired rotation direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise).
• Ensure the direction matches the required label orientation for your application.

5.4 Synchronizing with a Printer

The AL-938 is designed to automatically synchronize with your label printer. Once the speed is adjusted appropriately, the rewinder will start rewinding labels when your printer begins printing and will automatically stop when the printing job is complete.

6. Mantentzea

• Labels slipping on the core: Ensure the label's leading edge is securely attached to the core. If rewinding without a core, ensure sufficient initial tension was applied.
• Rewinder not synchronizing with printer: Verify that the rewinder's speed is set to closely match the printer's output speed.
