The BODI Starter Motor is an integral component of your vehicle's starting system. Its operation is automatic and initiated by turning the ignition key or pressing the start button. No direct user interaction with the starter motor itself is required during normal vehicle operation.

When the ignition is engaged, the starter motor receives electrical current from the battery, which activates the solenoid. The solenoid then pushes the starter's pinion gear into mesh with the engine's flywheel and simultaneously closes a high-current circuit to spin the motor, cranking the engine. Once the engine starts, the pinion gear disengages automatically.
