1. Fill Lower Pot: Unscrew the upper pot from the lower pot. Fill the lower pot with fresh, cold water. Do not exceed the level of the safety valve.
2. Gehitu kafe-lurra: Insert the filter basket into the lower pot. Fill the filter basket with finely ground coffee. Do not tamp the coffee too tightly.
3. Muntatu: Place the upper pot onto the lower pot and screw them together tightly to ensure a secure seal.
4. Beroa: Place the assembled coffee maker on a heat source (gas, ceramic, or electric stove). Use a medium heat setting.
5. Garagardoa: As the water heats, pressure will build, forcing water up through the coffee grounds and into the upper pot.
6. Zerbitzatu: Once the upper pot is full of brewed coffee, remove the coffee maker from the heat source immediately. Pour the fresh espresso into a cup.
