1. Connect the small end of the charger cable to the USB port on the bottom of the device.
2. Connect the large end of the charger cable to the AC wall adapter.
3. Plug the AC wall adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

2. Connecting Electrode Pads

1. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.

3. Connect the pad wires into the output connectors (A and B) on the top of the device.
4. Peel the protective film from the electrode pads.

• To turn on the device, press and hold the power button on the right side of the unit for several seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To turn off the device, press and hold the power button again until the screen turns off.

• Kneading Massage Modes (4 types):

  These modes provide consistent massage to reduce muscle tension and tone muscles. They are effective for shoulder pain, knots, and general muscle relaxation. Variations include strong, acupuncture-like, constant pace, and milder kneading.
• Swedish Massage Modes (4 types):

  Beneficial for kinks and knots, these modes feature rhythm changes to surprise muscles. They aim to increase oxygen in the blood, decrease muscle toxins, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. Variations include slow pace with high contraction, more consistent rhythms, and quicker pulsations.

• Cupping Modes (4 types):

  These modes mimic cupping therapy, which can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system. They are used for back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, and rheumatism. Variations differ in strength and pace.

• Scraping Massage Modes (4 types):

  These modes mimic scraping massage, which helps reduce inflammation, increase blood circulation and oxygen flow, and aid in quicker injury recovery and post-workout recovery by cleaning out lactic acid. Variations include low to high intensity contractions, high intensity with pauses, and low to high intensity changes.
• Reflexology Modes (4 types):

  These modes are designed to increase energy flow, circulation, and stimulate the digestive system. They are excellent for muscle recovery, especially after injury, and can help boost metabolism and relieve chronic muscle pain. Variations include gradual intensity changes, rapid intensity increases, and alternating high/low intensity.

• Tai Chi Massage Modes (4 types):

  These modes aim to improve aerobic capacity, increase range of motion, enhance flexibility and strength, and relieve muscle tension. They can also aid digestion, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. Variations involve constant pace with intensity changes, rapid tapping, and intervals for recovery and toning.
