1. Sarrera

Thank you for choosing the Sanitas SLB 40 Ultrasonic Humidifier. This device is designed to improve the air quality in your home or office by adding moisture to the air and can also be used with aromatic oils for a pleasant fragrance. Please read this manual carefully before first use and keep it for future reference. Proper use and maintenance will ensure long-lasting performance and safety.

2. Segurtasun-argibide garrantzitsuak

4. Konfigurazioa

4.1 Paketatzea

Carefully remove the humidifier from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport. Check all components for any signs of damage.

4.2 Jartzea

Place the humidifier on a flat, stable, and waterproof surface. Ensure it is at least 15 cm away from walls and furniture to allow for proper mist dispersion. Avoid placing it directly on wooden furniture or near heat sources.

1. Ensure the humidifier is unplugged.
2. Carefully lift the water tank from the base unit.

5.1 Powering On and Adjusting Mist Output

2. Turn the control knob clockwise to switch on the humidifier. The indicator light will illuminate.
3. Continue turning the control knob clockwise to increase the mist output. Turn it counter-clockwise to decrease the mist output.
4. To turn off the humidifier, turn the control knob counter-clockwise until it clicks into the 'OFF' position.

5.2 Using the Aroma Function

1. Locate the aroma box on the base unit.
2. Atera aroma-kutxaren erretilua.

4. Slide the aroma box tray back into its slot.

6.2 Weekly Cleaning and Descaling

• To descale the transducer (the small metal disc in the base unit), mix a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.
• Pour the solution into the base unit, ensuring it covers the transducer. Let it soak for 20-30 minutes.
• Gently clean the transducer with a soft brush (not metal) to remove any mineral deposits.
• Rinse the base unit thoroughly with clean water to remove all vinegar residue.
