2. Segurtasun informazioa
Always observe basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Keep the work area clean and well-lit. 4. Produktuaren ezaugarriak

6. Konfigurazioa
6.1 Heldulekua jartzea
Choose either the side handle or the D-handle based on your preference for comfort and control. Securely attach the chosen handle to the polisher using the provided screws and wrench. Ensure it is tightened firmly to prevent movement during operation.
6.2 Attaching the Backing Plate
The polisher comes with a 5-inch (125mm) backing plate. Align the backing plate with the spindle of the polisher and screw it on. Use the provided wrench to tighten it securely. Ensure the thread is 5/16 inch if using other polishing pads.

6.3 Attaching Polishing Pads
The backing plate features a sticky and firm elasticity Velcro adhesive backing. Simply press the desired polishing pad (sponge or wool) onto the backing plate, ensuring it is centered and firmly attached. Pads can be changed in seconds.

7. Funtzionamendu-argibideak
7.1 Preparing the Surface
Before polishing, ensure the vehicle surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Wash and decontaminate the paint thoroughly.
7.2 Applying Compound/Polish
Apply a small amount of compound or polish (typically 3-4 pea-sized drops) evenly onto the polishing pad. For initial use, you may spread a thin layer over the entire pad surface.
7.3 Polishing Technique
- Place the pad flat on the surface before turning on the polisher.
- Select the appropriate speed using the variable speed dial:
- Low Speed (1-2): Ideal for waxing and buffing.
- Medium Speed (3-4): Suitable for polishing and cleaning.
- High Speed (5-6): Effective for removing paint defects and oxidation.
- Turn on the polisher and move it slowly and evenly across the surface in a cross-hatch pattern (overlapping passes). Maintain light to medium pressure.
- Work on small sections (e.g., 2x2 feet) at a time to ensure thorough coverage and optimal results.
- After completing a section, turn off the polisher before lifting it from the surface.
- Wipe off any residue with a clean microfiber towel.

8. Mantentzea
8.1 Garbiketa
After each use, clean the polishing pads thoroughly with the provided wash dish brush and warm water. Allow pads to air dry completely before storage. Wipe down the polisher body with a clean, damp oihal. Ez erabili produktu kimiko gogorrak edo garbitzaile urratzaileak.
8.2 Karbono-eskuilaren ordezkapena
The carbon brushes are wear-and-tear parts and will need replacement over time. When the motor performance decreases or the tool stops working, it may be time to replace the carbon brushes. Refer to the diagram below for the location of the carbon brush covers. Use a screwdriver to remove the covers, replace the old brushes with the new ones provided, and secure the covers back in place.

8.3 Biltegiratzea
Store the polisher and its accessories in the provided large size kit bag in a dry, secure place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
9. Arazoak
- Polisher does not turn on: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Inspect the power cord for any damage. Ensure the On/Off switch is in the 'On' position. If issues persist, consider replacing carbon brushes.
- Errendimendu/potentzia murriztua: This could indicate worn carbon brushes. Replace them as per section 8.2. Ensure you are not applying excessive pressure, which can stall the motor.
- Gehiegizko bibrazioa edo zarata: Check that the backing plate and polishing pad are securely attached and not damaged. Ensure all screws are tightened.
- Swirl marks or uneven finish: Ensure the surface is properly cleaned and decontaminated. Use the correct pad and compound/polish for the desired result. Adjust speed and pressure, and maintain consistent movement.
