Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the internal 4000mAh battery using the Micro USB port. Connect the provided USB cable to the radio's Micro USB input and to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and turn off when fully charged.

The Weather Band (WB) function provides access to 7 NOAA weather channels, offering real-time weather alerts and hazard information. Switch the BANDA to WB and tune to the clearest NOAA channel in your area. This feature is crucial for receiving timely warnings about hurricanes, tornadoes, and other severe weather conditions.

4.3 Linternaren funtzionamendua

4.5 SOS Alarma

In an emergency, activate the SOS alarm by pressing and holding the SOS button. This will emit a loud siren sound and flash the flashlight to attract attention. Press the button again to deactivate the alarm.

  • 5.1 Hand Crank: Extend the hand crank handle and rotate it clockwise or counter-clockwise at a steady pace (approximately 130-150 RPM) for manual power generation. One minute of cranking can provide several minutes of radio use or flashlight illumination.
  • 5.2 Solar Panel: Place the radio with the solar panel facing direct sunlight. The solar panel charges the internal battery, making it ideal for maintaining charge during prolonged outdoor exposure. This method is primarily for trickle charging and extending battery life, not for rapid charging.
  • 5.3 Micro USB Charge: As detailed in Section 3.1, connect the radio to a USB power source using the Micro USB cable for efficient and fast charging of the internal 4000mAh battery.
  • 5.4 Replaceable Battery: The unit can also be powered by user-replaceable batteries (e.g., AAA batteries, depending on model variant). This provides an alternative power source when other charging methods are not available.

7. Mantentzea
