The Waveshare PL2303 USB to UART (TTL) Communication Module is designed for reliable serial communication between a computer and various embedded systems or microcontrollers. It features a USB-C connector for modern connectivity and supports multiple logic levels (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V), making it versatile for different applications. • VCCIO - 5V: Set the jumper to the 5V position for 5V output.
• VCCIO - 3.3V: Set the jumper to the 3.3V position for 3.3V output.
• Open Jumper: If the jumper is removed, the module will be powered from the target board, supporting 1.8V/2.5V/3.3V/5V logic levels.

The module includes three LED indicators to provide visual feedback on its operating status:
