1. Download the "SmartApple" app from the App Store (for iOS 8.0 and above) or Google Play Store (for Android 4.3 and above).

• The app will display up to 30 kinds of nutrition values, including 8 key nutrients, for the measured food item.
• Track your daily nutritional intake and manage personal data within the app. The app supports data synchronization with Apple Health, Android Health, and Fitbit.

5.6. Overload Indication

If the display shows "EEEE" or "O-Ld", the scale is overloaded. Remove items immediately to prevent damage. The maximum capacity is 5kg.
