1. Sarrera
The Vantrue N5 is an advanced 4-channel dash camera system designed to provide comprehensive surveillance for your vehicle. With its innovative multi-camera setup, it captures video from the front, rear, and both cabin interiors, offering a full 360-degree view. This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of your device.

2. Zer dago kutxan

3. Konfigurazioa eta instalazioa
3.1 Hasierako konfigurazioa
- Insert a compatible microSD card (up to 512GB, sold separately) into the dash cam's SD card slot.
- Connect the GPS mount to the main dash cam unit.
- Clean the windshield area where the dash cam will be mounted using the provided dust-free cloth.
- Apply an electrostatic sticker to the windshield, then attach the 3M adhesive sticker to the electrostatic sticker.
3.2 Kamera muntatzea
Mount the main dash cam unit with the GPS mount to the prepared area on your windshield, ensuring it does not obstruct your view. The magnetic mount allows for easy attachment and detachment.
3.3 Atzeko kamera konektatzea
Connect the rear camera to the main unit using the provided 20ft rear camera cable. Route the cable neatly along the vehicle's headliner and trim using the crowbar tool to conceal it. Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield, ensuring a clear view.
3.4 Energia-konexioa
Connect the Type-C car charger cable to the dash cam and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. For 24/7 parking mode functionality, a hardwire kit (sold separately, ASIN: B083XB8T7T) is required to connect directly to your car's fuse box.

4. Funtzionamendu-argibideak
4.1 4-Channel Recording
The Vantrue N5 features a groundbreaking 4-channel recording system, capturing video from the front (158°), front cabin (160°), rear cabin (160°), and rear (165°) simultaneously. This provides 360-degree coverage without blind spots at a maximum resolution of 2.7K (1944P) + 1080P + 1080P + 1080P. Various recording modes (1CH/2CH/3CH/4CH) can be selected as needed.

4.2 Rear Cabin Camera Functionality
The dedicated rear cabin camera captures the entire trunk area, back seat, and side windows. This feature is useful for monitoring passengers, pets, or luggage, and provides crucial evidence in cases of side impacts or break-ins.

4.3 STARVIS 2 & IR Night Vision
Equipped with STARVIS 2 technology, the N5 delivers exceptional performance in low-light conditions, capturing clear details like license plates. The front inside and rear inside cameras feature infrared lights for crisp cabin images even in unlit environments, enhancing nighttime driving safety.

4.4 5G WiFi & GPS & OTA Upgrade
The integrated 5G WiFi module provides 4x faster transfer speeds for real-time video preview, download, editing, and online sharing via the free Vantrue APP. The dual-system GPS module offers accurate positioning, allowing you to track location, live speed (KM/H or MPH), and route. Firmware updates can be performed directly through the app (OTA upgrade).

4.5 24/7 Buffered Parking Mode
When connected with a hardwire kit (sold separately), the N5 automatically switches to parking mode when your car is off. It records suspicious activity triggered by movement or collision, providing vital evidence. Buffered motion detection ensures the entire event is captured, including 10 seconds pre-recording. Low frame rate mode optimizes storage for long-term parking.

4.6 Ahots-kontrol adimenduna
Control your dash cam hands-free with multiple language voice commands (English, Russian, Chinese, French, Japanese). Commands include saving video, taking photos, starting/stopping video, turning audio/WiFi/screen on/off. This feature minimizes distraction and enhances driving safety.

4.7 Begizta Grabaketa eta G-Sentsorea
Loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest files when the SD card is full, ensuring continuous recording. The variable sensitivity G-sensor detects collisions and automatically locks emergency videos into a separate event folder, preventing them from being overwritten.

4.8 Pantaila-babeslea
The screen saver feature automatically turns off the display to minimize distractions during driving, while recording continues uninterrupted. This also contributes to energy saving.

5. Mantentzea
- SD txartelaren formatua: It is recommended to format the microSD card regularly (e.g., once a month) to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption. This can typically be done through the dash cam's settings menu or via the Vantrue APP.
- Garbiketa: Use the provided dust-free cloth to gently clean the camera lenses and the dash cam body. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Tenperatura: The N5 is built with a super capacitor, offering excellent temperature resistance (-4°F to 158°F). However, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures outside this range should be avoided.
- Firmware eguneraketak: Regularly check for firmware updates via the Vantrue APP to ensure your dash cam has the latest features and performance improvements.
