This product comes with a 24-month warranty. It is sensitive to humidity and heat sources. Eplus is responsible for manufacturing defects but not for incorrect installations. Any firmware update, previous modification with other systems, alteration, or damage to the bicycle could lead to the product not functioning, and therefore it cannot be replaced or refunded.
