Before first use, fully charge your HyperX Cloud Mix 2 headphones. Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Charge Port on the headphones and to a powered USB port. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours. The LED indicator will show charging status.

Connecting via 2.4GHz USB-C Dongle

For the lowest latency audio experience, use the 2.4GHz USB-C wireless dongle. This is ideal for gaming on PC, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Steam Deck.

1. Locate the 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, which is conveniently stored in the right earcup of the headphones.
2. Plug the USB-C dongle into an available USB-C port on your device. If your device only has USB-A ports, use a USB-C to USB-A adapter (not included).
3. Power on your HyperX Cloud Mix 2 headphones by pressing and holding the Power Button. The headphones will automatically attempt to connect to the dongle.
4. Once connected, the LED indicator on the dongle and headphones will confirm a stable connection.
