4.3 Zeroing the Sight

Zeroing your red dot sight is crucial for accurate shooting. This process involves adjusting the red dot to align with your point of impact at a specific distance.

1. Set up a target at your desired zeroing distance (e.g., 25 yards, 50 yards).
2. Fire a group of shots (e.g., 3-5 shots) at the target.
3. Observe the point of impact relative to your aim point.
4. Use the windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustment knobs to move the point of impact. Each click adjusts the point of impact by 1 MOA.

5.2 Parallax

The Vector Optics 1x22 Red Dot Scope is designed to be parallax-free at 25 yards. This means the point of aim aligns with the point of impact, even if your eye position shifts slightly, minimizing aiming errors within typical shooting distances.
