6. Funtzionamendua

6.1. Selecting Molds

The iBELL 1130NM comes with 6 essential molds to create various pasta and noodle types:

• Thin Noodles / Idiyappam: For delicate, fine strands.
• Spaghetti Noodles: Classic round spaghetti.
• Lamian Noodles: Wider, flat noodles.
• Plate Noodles: Broad, flat pasta sheets.
• Thicker / Wide Noodles: Robust, thicker noodle strands.
• Special Noodles: Unique shape for various dishes.

6.2. Making Pasta/Noodles

1. After assembly and dough loading (as per Section 5), place a bowl or plate beneath the noodle mold.
2. Sakatu AURRERA button on the control panel. The pushing rod will begin to extrude the dough through the selected mold.
3. Once the desired length of pasta/noodles is extruded, press the CEASE button to stop the extrusion.
4. Use the spatula to cut the noodles to your preferred length.
5. To retract the pushing rod for cleaning or reloading, press the ERRETIERRA botoia.

• Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the appliance and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
