4. Konfigurazioa eta instalazioa

The DEVO G8 Smart Lock is designed for easy installation on most standard US doors without additional drilling. Follow these steps carefully:

4.1. Check Dimensions and Install the Latch

1. Use the provided measuring cardboard to check your door's dimensions. Verify the door hole diameter (25mm), cross bore diameter (38mm/54mm), and backset (60mm/70mm).
2. If the backset is 70mm, turn the faceplate 180° to extend the length of the latch. If 60mm, install the latch as is. The default length is 60mm.
3. Insert the deadbolt latch into the door edge hole. Ensure the 'UP' marking on the latch is facing upwards. The latch must be in the retracted (unlocked) position when installed.
4. Secure the latch with the provided screws.

4.2. Kanpoko Muntaketa Instalatu

1. If your door's cross bore is 38mm, remove the adapter from the exterior assembly. If 54mm, keep the adapter.
2. Keep the torque blade on the exterior assembly vertical. Align it with the hole on the latch and pass it through.
3. Ensure the cable from the exterior assembly goes underneath the deadbolt and through the door.

4.3. Instalatu Muntatze Plaka

1. Pass the wires from the exterior assembly through the mounting plate.
2. Place the mounting plate against the door, ensuring it is correctly positioned with no gaps between the plate and the door panel.
3. Select the correct screws (Screw A for door thickness 45-55mm, Screw B for door thickness 35-45mm) to install the mounting plate.

1. Adjust the rear lock knob on the interior assembly to the vertical position.

5.1. Unlocking from the Outside

• Hatz-marka desblokeatzea: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The lock will unlock in approximately 0.25 seconds. The lock supports up to 100 fingerprints.

5.2. Locking from the Outside

5.3. Unlocking/Locking from the Inside

5.4. App Control and Wi-Fi Connection

The DEVO G8 Smart Lock features built-in Wi-Fi, allowing direct connection to your home network (2.4GHz only, 5GHz is not supported) without a separate gateway. This enables remote control and monitoring via the Tuya app.
