Portion Fix makes it easy. Enjoy snacks, desserts and drinks, all in the right portions, as part of the plan.

CALCULATE YOUR PORTION FIX CALORIE TARGET AND CONTAINER PLAN
Looking to lose weight, maintain weight, or build muscle? Head to the Portion Fix tile on BODi, where we’ll guide you on how to calculate your calorie target. Then, go to the Program Materials tab in the Portion Fix program tile on BODi, and find your corresponding container plan in the “Portion Fix Container Plans” pdf.
PLAN YOUR MEALS AND GO SHOPPING
Make sure you go shopping at least a day before you start DIG IN, so you have your nutrition ready to go.
