Make sure your phone and the robot are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and within 1 meter of each other. Press the 'Power' and 'Floor Mode' buttons simultaneously for about 3 seconds until the indicator flashes blue, then use the app to add via Bluetooth or scan the QR code.
