For many ERGO routers (like the W02 or R291), open a web browser and enter the IP address http://192.168.8.1 or http://192.168.1.1. Log in with the default username and password (usually 'admin') found on the device label.
Locate the Reset button on the device. With the device powered on, press and hold the button for approximately 5 to 8 seconds until the indicator lights flash and the device restarts.
