Ensure the camera is turned off before charging. Connect the included Type-C cable to the charging port (not the DC port) and a 5V/1A or higher power source. Change it for at least 4-5 hours.
Check the camera's battery level. If charged, try re-pairing the camera and monitor by pressing and holding the ON/OFF power button on the camera until the light turns solid red, then turn on the monitor.
Place the magnetic base on a flat metal surface of your vehicle, such as a bumper or hitch. Avoid curved or shaped surfaces for optimal magnetic adhesion.
Turn on Bluetooth visibility on your phone, click the CarPlay icon on the system menu, search for EW-XXXX in your phone's Bluetooth settings, and pair. Allow the connection and Wi-Fi will connect automatically.
