Start with the earbuds in the charging case with the lid closed. Open the case, press and hold the case button until the LED blinks blue and green. On your device, select the earbuds in your Bluetooth settings.
Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. A solid red light on the case indicates charging, and a solid green light means they are fully charged. A quick 15-minute charge will provide up to 1 hour of playback.
To perform a factory reset, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Open it, press and hold the case button until the LED blinks green for 8-12 seconds. Release the button, close the case, and wait 5 seconds before attempting to pair again.
