To access your voicemail inbox, simply tap the Voicemail icon in the navigation menu, or press and hold the '1' key on the keypad.
Using the HiHi Connect app on your mobile, select the HiHi icon and choose 'Pull'. This will seamlessly transfer the active call from your deskphone to your mobile device.
While on an active call, navigate to Contacts or the keypad, dial a second contact and place the first call on hold. Once the second party answers, press the 'Merge' or 'Add to Call' icon to begin your conference call.
The Remote Office feature allows you to use a separate phone (like a hotel room phone) to make and receive calls that appear to originate from your designated HiHi business number.
