If your printer is feeding labels but not printing anything, ensure the labels are loaded correctly. The peel-off side should face up (toward the ceiling). Also, ensure you are using direct thermal labels, not thermal transfer labels.
To initiate automatic label identification, turn the printer off, load your labels, then turn the printer on. Press and hold the feeder button until you hear one beep, then release. The printer will move the paper back and forth to learn the label size.
