Go to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset Options. Select 'Erase all data (factory reset)' and confirm. Ensure you back up important data before resetting as this will delete all personal files.
Connect the tablet to your PC via the USB-C cable. On the tablet, slide down the notification bar, tap 'Charging this device via USB', and select 'File Transfer' or 'MTP' mode to access files zure ordenagailuan.
