-
What is the warranty on Totalcool products?
Totalcool covers any manufacturing or assembly faults from the first day of purchase. The warranty covers all parts and labor for two years. You can activate and register your warranty at totalcool.co.uk/warranty/.
-
Can I take my Totalcool portable power bank onto an airplane?
No. These portable power stations are high-capacity lithium battery products. According to international air transport standard regulations, you cannot carry lithium battery products exceeding 100Wh on a flight.
-
How do I defrost my Totalcool fridge freezer?
When a layer of ice over 5mm forms, disconnect the power, remove all items, and keep the lid open. Wipe off the defrosted water with a soft cloth. Never use hard or pointed tools to remove ice, as this may damage the refrigerant circuit.
-
Why does my Totalpower power bank make a buzzing sound?
The power bank uses a built-in air cooling system. When the device is operating and the internal fan kicks on to prevent overheating, it makes a slight whirring or buzzing noise, which is completely normal.
-
What does an E1 error code mean on my Totalcool fridge?
An E1 code typically indicates low voltage supplied to the fridge. To resolve this, you can adjust the built-in battery protection setting on your fridge's control panel from High to Medium, or from Medium to Low.
