Galdaketa-prozesuan erabiltzen den silikonazko askatzeko agenteak pinturarekin erreakzionatuko du, ondo garbitu behar da margotu aurretik.
Hau kit-a erabiltzeko gida da. Kontuz ibili behar da s bakoitzeantage eredua ondo doazela ziurtatzeko eta argibideetan ez dauden aldaketak egin behar dira.
Kola: Gomendatutako kola kalitate oneko super kola da, hala nola Gorilla Super Glue. Blue Lid Gorilla Super Glue erabiltzen dut, hardware-denda gehienetan eskuragarri dagoena, B&Q eta Screwfix barne. Lotura sendoa ematen du, loturaren inguruko akrilikoa lotura hautsi baino lehen apurtuko da.
Margotu: Argibideek osagaiak margotzeko punturik onena iradokiko dute. Kalitate oneko automozioko inprimaketa edo plastikozko inprimaketa bat eta ondoren automozio akrilikoa gomendatzen da. Litekeena da Hycote edo Halfords bezalako markek arazorik gabe edukitzea eta zure modeloari akabera ona emango diotela eskuragarri dauden bitartean.
Irakurri argibide guztiak eraiki aurretik, ustekabeko ezustekorik ez izateko

Liztatu gainazala 220 lurreko harea-paper batekin edo gutxiagorekin. Laser ebaketa prozesuak ertz apur bat altxatzen du zati gehienetan, atxikimendu sendoa galaraziko duena. Ertz hauek lixatuz itsatsizko lotura sendoagoa egin daiteke eta plastikoaren gainazala hobetzen da pintura itsasteko. Ertz zorrotzek azken pinturan ertz zuri gisa agertzen den pintura mehe bat eman dezakete.
Garrantzitsua da lixatzerakoan kontuz ibili, akrilikoa material hauskorra baita eta erraz apurtu daitekeelako. Zerbait hausten bada, pitzadura-lerroak lerrokatu eta berriro elkarrekin itsatsi, utzi 24 ordu pieza berriro erabili baino lehen, kola sendo egon dadin. Gauza bera gertatzen da erretxina piezekin.
Glue the two part 2’s back to back as shown
Glue the assembly onto part 1, use the engraved lines to align the part 2’s.
Glue a 3 to each end of the assembly. Glue the flat face of 3 to the edge of 1. Ensure the smaller of the two circles is around the assembly, the larger circle should overhang to the rear.
Glue part 12 to the offside part 3 as illustrated. Ensure the holes line up.
Glue the two small squares part 8 to the ends of part 6. Glue part 7 onto the top of the small squares as pictured. The taper on the ends of 7 should point towards the assembly following the taper on part 6.
Glue the two part 5’s to the tow eye part 9. Use the angles of part 9 to glue part 5’s at the right angle.
Glue the two assemblies together as illustrated.
The model can now be painted. We have used spray paints to apply a red plastic primer to the parts being painted red and black. A grey primer was used on the wheels. For red we used Halfords S4-140 Red and Halfords Gloss Black for the black frame. The wheels were brush painted with Tamiya XF-16 flat aluminium, and the tank lid brush painted using decanted red spray paint.
The decals are cut out of the sheet using scissors, peel the paper backing sheet off and apply to the model.
Glue the tank onto the black frame and the black frame centrally to the red assembly as illustrated.
Pluck the hair of the last 2mm of the pipe cleaner to leave bare wire sticking out. Thread this wire into the two holes on part 3 under the assembly.
To fit the wheels cut two lengths of green wire, and bend the ends over to make an L shape, thread the wire through the front of the tyre, then pop a dab of glue on the end of the wire and then insert into the hole in part 3, allow the glue to set before letting go. Repeat for the other side, this should hold the wheels in place while allowing them to spin.
