Configuring Google Admin
API Bezeroen Sarbidea
- Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
- Go to Admin Console > Security > Access and Data control > API Controls > Domain wide delegation >
Manage Domain Wide Delegation. Or click esteka hau.

- Egin klik Gehitu berria aukeran eta Gehitu bezero ID berri bat koadroa agertuko da.

- Sartu bezero ID bat Bezero IDa eremuan. Bezero IDa aplikazioaren/softwarearen garatzaileak ematen du.

Erabiltzaileak kudeatzea Google Admin-en
Erabiltzaile berri bat gehitzeko, jarraitu prozedura hau:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users. Or click esteka hau.
3. Click Add new user and the Gehitu erabiltzaile berria box appears. Fill in the required fields and click GEHITU ERABILTZAILE BERRIA erabiltzaile berri bat gehitzeko.
Antolakuntza-unitateak kudeatzeko, jarraitu prozedura hau:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Users > Manage Organizational Units. Or click esteka hau.
3. Click the yellow + sign to add a new unit or select a unit name and add a subsidiary unit (the +msign), move this unit (the right arrow), edit, or delete the unit.
Erabiltzaile bat beste unitate batera aldatzeko, jarraitu prozedura hau:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.

3. Select one or more users, then select More > Change organizational unit.
Orchestrate luzapena eta Chrome aplikazioa kudeatzea
To add extension and app to Google Admin, follow this procedure:
1. Log into Google Admin (admin.google.com) with a G Suite account.
2. Go to Admin Console > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions. Or click esteka hau.
3. Select an organizational unit on the left pane.
4. Click the yellow + sign at the bottom right corner and then select the Add Chrome app or Extension by ID aukera

5. The Add Chrome app or Extension by ID box appears. Enter the ID of the Orchestrate Extension in the Extension ID box, then select From a custom URL eta sartu ohitura URL. Sakatu Gorde.

6. Add the Policy for the Extension (ID – bdgflbkkgedengcnmmbijghkpdpdlkfb)
This configures the Extension to use the Classroom Commander Server as both the source for rostering information and for class session discovery.
Select the extension and the Extension setup panel appears on the right. Copy and paste the below JSON configuration then click Gorde goiko eskuinaldean.

7. Force install the extension onto the user devices by selecting Force Install + pin
